No matter how much time you have on hand -- a few minutes a day, a few hours on weekends, or just a one-shot chunk -- you can help engINdia reach more people. The only thing you need is the passion and imagination to figure out how you can make a personal contribution to engINdia's goals. See below for some ideas! While we are available if you need guidance, we want you to have the opportunity to leave your mark on engINdia. So join in -- bring your energy and enthusiasm and volunteer creatively!

To keep engINdia alive, our Design Challenges fresh, and all those involved excited, we need to continue expanding our network of students and villagers. We are looking for volunteers to venture into their communities and speak to students to get them interested in joining our cause. In the past, we have focused on university-level students, especially engineers, but we want our volunteers to be creative. Maybe you think the Design Challenges can be adapted as projects suitable for high school students, you want to get economics students involved to analyze the economic impacts of Challenge implementation, or you want to get your corporate colleagues involved. We encourage you to use your imagination and get anyone and everyone involved! Our goal is to create a global network of diverse contributers -- we believe that this is the way to innovate the strongest solutions.

We are also calling for volunteers to advertise our expedition model. We want to expand our network by finding groups who are interested in studying different communities and collecting new Design Challenges. Again, we have focused in the past on university students, but if you can think of a way to involve others, we highly encourage it! As with the Design Challenges, we want as many different people to become involved as possible.

Everyone involved in engINdia has countless ideas for expanding the organization and providing more people with tools to expand their skills and knowledge. However, many of these ideas require funding. We're looking for volunteers with strong writing skills to find and apply to organizations that may be interested in funding engINdia. We would also love to hear any other funding ideas that you may have and see you implement them. Some examples might be holding an international craft fair at your university or asking for donations at work.
